Oh, blow me!

![]()
The alarm goes off, I hit the snooze button and I proceed to do this four more times. I finally drag my tired butt out of bed, only to look outside and find it's sleeting, overcast and windy. (This should be a banner hair day) I hop in the shower to start the arduous task of shampooing, conditioning, rinse and repeat, applying product, blow drying and (before all the blood rushes to my armpits and I can't feel my fingers) styling. It's only Monday and I'm just giddy thinking about doing this all over again in 23 hours.
Now, I'm running late and I take a quick glance in the mirror as I'm heading out the door and to my horror there is a gravity defying chunk of hair on the side of my head. Panic sets in and my mind is racing. Could I wear a baseball cap or a fedora to the office? Do I have time to start over? no, damn snooze button. Do I dare try to tame the wild beast with a scrunchie? Perhaps a babushka? If I run into my ex today, so help me...
I decided it was time to take a break from this 365 day Russian roulette game of "is it going to be a good hair day or a bad hair day?" The solution is a blow out. I know, we're all looking to cut costs now but I've found Shampowder. This amazing product will make that blow out last longer, stay fresher and you're hair will look so fabulous you'll want to run into your ex.
What is it? It's tinted and scented hair powder that is applied with a built in brush. Genius!
Why use it?: It freshens your hair and takes away the grease (nice)
Why not just use baby powder?: Great for white heads but not for brunettes- you look like a skunk, not to mention the mess of baby powder all over you clothes. Shampowder comes in three shades.
What to expect?: My blow out lasted 2 more days.
Where to buy?: I received this from my girlfriend in Miami. Thanks L! www.buttercreamcosmetics.com
How much?: $15.99 plus shipping and handling
Why?: You're a girl on the go and you should hit snooze 4 times and still have amazing hair!
