Got gold?

I've been a total TV junkie this week, I'm obsessed with the Winter Olympics and who can forget about Fashion Week in NYC. I may not be an Olympian (really?)  nor a supermodel (big surprise) but these last 24 hours I displayed some Lindsay Vonn athleticism and Heidi Klum couture. (I might want to stop self medicating) Anyhoo, I was thinking about the women's moguls (I heart Hannah Kearney) on my early drive to the MSP airport yesterday for a quick business trip. The speed, agility and grace she demonstrated on the slopes was awesome! Little did I know I was about to embark on the very own journey for the Gold (otherwise known as gate B12)  
I arrived a short forty minutes before my flight to Bismarck. (I know you're jealous) I checked the kiosk to make sure my gate hadn't changed in the last hour (never fails) and it reads B12 (where the hell is B12?)  I'm on the skyway checkpoint which might as well been in Iowa for how far away I had to RUN in a pencil skirt (channeling Heidi) and a three inch boot (I toned it down for ND) with my briefcase (20 lbs of crap) down to B12.  Ever been to B12? (I think it's connected to IKEA) After yelling "on your left" on all the moving sidewalks I arrived at B12 soaking wet as they called my name threatening not to take me to Bismarck if I wasn't at the gate in two minutes. (like I care) I smile, "I'm here and desperately need coffee"  "oh, the water is frozen in the coffee pots so we don't have any coffee or tea for the flight"  (are you friggin kidding me??!?, Who's a** do I have to kick after I catch my breath).  
Do you have a future fashionista Olympiad on your hands?  She's going to want to attend this show.
What is it: Minnesota's 9th Annual American Girl Fashion Show presented by the Junior League of Minneapolis.
When:  March 5th through March 7th

What to expect:  Each show will feature local girls ages 5-12 showcasing the current offerings from the American Girl Fashion lines.
